The enclosure of the switchgear is made of imported Al-Zn coated steel sheet and processed by the CNC machine, and the multi-folding technology is adopted, so that the whole cabinet has high precision and very strong corrosion and oxidation resistance. In addition, because of the multi-folding technology, the cabinet has light weight, high mechanical strength and aesthetic appearance compared with other similar cabinets. The cabinet is of assembled structure, and is connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts. Thus, short processing and production cycle, high component compatibility and small footprint are achieved to facilitate the organization of production.
The main electrical components of the switchgear have their own compartments. The ingress protection rating of each compartment reaches IP2X; except for the relay compartment, the other three compartments have their own pressure relief channels. Because of the center-mounted form, the cable compartment position is greatly increased, so that the equipment can be connected to multiple cables.
The insulation coordination is achieved between the handcart and the cabinet, and the mechanical interlock is safe, reliable and flexible.
