Integrated Energy Storage Machine

Performance Overview

With modular design, the integrated energy storage machine has such characteristics as easy installation and maintenance, compact structure, building block installation and flexible layout. The whole cabinet consists of battery module, PCS module (liquid-cooled), liquid-cooled temperature control module, fire protection module and electrical control module, and its operation is controlled intelligently by the EMS system. This product is plug-and-play and supports multi-machine parallel connection, so it has a wide range of application scenarios; the compact structure makes it less demanding on the site environment; it is known as “Energy Block” because of high energy density and good safety performance.

    • Efficient Cooling

      Higher thermal conductivity and cooling capability with liquid cooling so as to effectively reduce the system temperature and improve the equipment stability and performance;

    • Multi-machine Parallel Connection

      Modular expansion of distributed energy storage system by combining with outdoor control combiner cabinet to meet the deployment requirements of large-scale scenarios;

    • Flexible Deployment

      Pre-assembled in the factory and ready to use on site; single-cabinet footprint < 2m2, and flexible deployment in factories, parks and commercial buildings, etc., especially sites with high space requirements such as high-performance computer and data centers;

    • Safe and Reliable

      PACK-level fire protection system with perfluorohexanone, independent relay protection, core-level thermal monitoring and single-point-of-failure physical isolation to significantly enhance the system safety and reliability; more stable and uniform temperature control to reduce temperature gradients and hot spots and enhance the equipment reliability and life.
